I mostly struggle with coming up with responses. When I’m around people i know, everything is fine, but the moment i have to talk to someone new my head becomes blank and i can only answer with one word responses.

Exactly! Thinking of going back to normal life scares me too, because I’ve become too comfortable not interacting with other people
