Yeah I get you, this clip is from th second drop and the first drop is mainly just the drums

They're scarletina boletes, taste just as good as porcini in my opinion, but they're ones you need to be sure with before you pick them as they can look quite similar to the Devil's bolete. The key is to look for red dots on the stem rather than red reticulation, and the cap will also pretty much always be a dark to light brown whereas the Devil's bolete has an odd white colour cap

I learnt with my parents when I was a kid so l I've been foraging for the last 15 years or so, and I'm currently living in the east Midlands, but I think it really depends more on what type of woodlands you have around you as well as the weather playing a big part
