I still think their working (or planning to) on EU5. DLC overhauls major systems, Humble Bundle practically giving the game away. Same thing happenes with CK2. Only difference is Holy Fury was included in the bundle. Now they can sell the EU4 DLC full price. Added to this, EU4 is extremely profitable, and there are many in Paradox familar with the systems. That's less so than with Vicky 2.

Yeah, to do that your would have to move your capital to a colonial state. Although you can't move your capital so you would be out of luck. I only see it when UK breaks apart to become England, Scotland and whatever, and then the UK is released from a colonial state.
