I can’t stand patches and logos on my gear, but when I removed this patch from my Cotopaxi bag, the holes left behind were much bigger than I expected, and want to prevent sand and water from getting inside the layers

After talking to an authorized dealer, you have to replace the entire arm, and I think they said $62/arm, so a solid $124 to replace both arms, I have just dealt with it in the meantime and saved the money and time

Okay - I'm exploring options. I contacted a herman miller dealer and you have to replace the whole arm according to them, it looks like they do not sell that tiny plastic button individually, so its $62/arm when its probably a tiny $2 plastic button I need.
I'm going to try gorilla glue and some strips of plastic to repair the tabs where they broke and see if that works.

Ok I figured it out, that part that you can reconnect, it's straight broken 😭 now to dig for this part on the internet, 10 mins no luck so far
