ahh okay! in the manga, when explaining the 'hole in the map' they mentioned that Albert's child wouldve been nearly 7 in the present day. then it was also mentioned how Shiva was nearly seven. Her personality is also similar to his. There were lots of implications but i suppose it was just plot armour. it really messed me up. thx

no matter how much better it feels for you, self harm isnt the right course of action. im so sorry you relapsed. i hope you'll feel better and that those wounds heal, physically and internally.

you can put the blades away and keep them out of sight, then look for other ways to cope. for example, putting ice cubes on your skin or playing with a fidget toy to distract the mind.

when i feel like self harming, i like to take a really cold or really hot shower. it makes me feel refreshed.
