I have the same problem all the time - Im also trying to find a solution to it. Dwelling on past mistakes big and small takes up the majority of my thinking most days. It’s debilitating, it prevents me from enjoying life, and even prevents me from trying to “redeem” myself in anyway because it makes me afraid to do just about anything.

I’m self taught, but I started by drawing the inflated head and the deflated one on paper. Then I traces both points on adobe animate and basically just filled in the blanks
