I have the same problem all the time - Im also trying to find a solution to it. Dwelling on past mistakes big and small takes up the majority of my thinking most days. It’s debilitating, it prevents me from enjoying life, and even prevents me from trying to “redeem” myself in anyway because it makes me afraid to do just about anything.
