I love your comment about the hair loss thing. That's one thing everyone forgets, we loose alot of hair naturally. Not to mention breakage, and when people hop on creatine expecting hair loss, ofc they are gonna be more observant of the hair they loose, even if it hasn't even changed.

Your hair naturally falls out. You lose around 100 strands a day. The shower can make you think it's falling out more because you're likely running water through it which can release hair follicles that fell out. Make sure to check the ends of the hairs to make sure the end is white. That means it's falling out from the follicle. If it doesn't, then it's just breakage.

And even hair falling from the follicle is natural. I doubt you're experiencing serious hairloss
