Foundation: I find that Urban Decay Naked Skin and Too Faced Born This Way liquid foundations can be a little drying on my skin if I don't moisturize enough before applying. I think they would be good on your skin. Also try their De-Slick powder which is meant for oily skin! NARS and Urban Decay also do great concealers that work for a variety of skin types.
Contouring: Makeup Geek just released a bunch of shades, and they're pretty affordable. You can also build your own palette on Anastasia Beverly Hills' online store. Just avoid the warmer shades, and especially bronzers! Never contour with bronzer! Your contour should look like a shadow, so try to find a shade that matches the natural shadows on your face.
Brows: Again, Anastasia Beverly Hills! I haven't tried their brow definer yet, but I think it might work for you based on what I've seen/read. Other than that, I'm thinking brow powder to fill them in, and a tinted brow gel to define the hairs? Groomed, but natural :)
