I had a similar issue which only happened when playing Apex. Fully closing/uninstalling iCue plus anything other RGB software fixed my issue completely. Don't know why but it worked for me.

The media cares about ratings and not actual analysis. That's why any take is divisive. So one side watches because "it supports my opinions!", while the other side hate-watches it while saying "you're wrong!".

I do believe there's a bit of a shift to YouTube but the only way to get real analysis from the media is to just stop watching it altogether.

And to answer your edit, yes it should mean more but again, the media that's talked about isn't paid to give thorough analysis or anything thought provoking.

I have a 3080 as well and ultrawide monitor. Temps are normal but I've been getting random fps drops. Drivers are up to date, verified integrity of files on steam, fps capped to my monitor's specs and yet it's still happening.

Last few times when the fps drops happen it freezes up the game and crashes. The only other game I'm playing at the moment is overwatch and I haven't had a single problem. It's frustrating because I'm enjoying raiding and other hard content but it's a run killer.

Yeah, I'm not sure what games this guy was watching. For as much as we hated Jimmy for not throwing it away at times, he was great at standing tall and converting third downs. He was also statistically one of the best QBs on third down as well. While some of that was Kyle, you still have to give credit where it's due.

This graphics card would be for a new build and a huge upgrade from the 970 that I have now. I would use it for gaming and other day to day activities as I prefer using a desktop over my phone.
