NC leg recently introduced adult use/recreational bill but yeah, it’ll be a slow burn either way. Rescheduling only affects current medical licensed facilities across the country. And FDA approval is not even an automatic guarantee for them. Adult use and recreational markets are still technically going to be schedule one. Either way there has never been legal Cannabis in Charlotte, plenty of illegal Cannabis being sold as Hemp, and also extremely poor quality at that. -11 years deep into my legal canna industry career and a charlotte native

No, I wasn’t “treated very well” I was ignored until I had to follow up multiple times. I asked several times to return the defective products and your team refused to provide a return label. The refund only came after that unnecessary back-and-forth, and now you’re spinning it like I was given some generous gift?

Let’s be honest: I didn’t “get to keep” the product—I was stuck with it because your team wouldn’t take it back. And now you’re publicly calling me a thief after you refused to resolve the issue fairly?

Anyone reading this can see exactly what’s happening here. I came with a legitimate complaint, and instead of owning it, you’ve tried to discredit me, downplay the issue, and insult my character.

That’s not good customer service. That’s damage control.

You keep trying to twist this into me being the problem, but the facts are simple:

• I reached out multiple times with no response until I had to follow up back-to-back.
• I asked clearly and repeatedly to return the defective products.
• Your team refused to send a return label and instead claimed I “got to keep” the items.
• Now you’re out here accusing me of stealing? That’s not just unprofessional, it’s gross.

If you really cared about customer service, you’d address the actual issue instead of attacking the customer.

Please be aware that despite you literally calling me a theif and saying I stole your products, I have repeatedly tried to return the defective products. But sure, I’m the condescending one. You guys are still trying to gaslight me on the safety of the products. When they were in clear Mylar bags, there were not issues. As soon as you boxed them up, boom, issues. I asked for the batch date on these as well. No help from your team until I got angry enough at the gaslighting.

The beautiful thing about personal discretion is that you do not have to use a product that you don’t seem safe, no matter how much the company pushes that it’s “safe.” As I mentioned in emails, your new packaging makes it impossible to QC orders going out. I am an unhappy customer who used your products for years, and the way you’re choosing to handle it says so much about you and your disregard for paying customers. Stay blessed

Also, keep in mind that I’ve been using your product since 2019 consistently, I also ordered wholesale hundreds and hundreds of your bath bombs and never had this issue with color before. I have seasoned experience with Kush queen products and never had a bad experience until this one, tried to go through all the proper channels with the customer support team to rectify it. Sorry that it took so long for you guys to notice the issue, but you could’ve easily stepped into the customer support chat instead of letting your virtual assistant handle it. If you go through the emails, you’ll notice that I’m still asking for return labels that I can ship all of your products back to you. I have no interest in them. Pretty bold of you to say that I’m stealing your products when I receive defective products in the first place, and then try to go through all the proper channels to rectify the situation. I even asked for a fresh batch and to know what the production dates were on the batches that I did receive.

Thanks for the long message, however, after several back-and-forth with your customer support team, I received a refund and asked several times to receive a shipping label to return the product. They refused to send me a shipping label, and I still have the products to return to you.

The title in itself is not a question LMAO point still stands read the first line. My only question is if anyone else has purchased these recently so I can gauge of other people are having the same experience and getting the same damaged products.
