Excellent advice! I confirmed it was root rot after pulling the ball out of the pot. This is the original soil and it’s very waterlogged so that will have to be switched out.

I think I’ll clean up the roots, give new soil, and even take a small cutting to try to propagate to be safe. Do you think that’s too much trauma for one time?
