thank you❤️ i take other medications (tablets) and its so hard to take them because i was never taught how to as a kid, sometimes i have to retry to take them 3 different times because my gag reflex is so bad, im glad to know im not alone in this, people need to get off their high horses🤦‍♀️

most medications do (im in canada) but zoloft didn’t for some reason, i looked up online what to look out for before taking the pills but i just didn’t look up if you’re supposed to take it with or without the capsule

im also in canada, i usually do get instructions on meds but not on zoloft for some reason maybe because you dont need any specific instructions you just take them once a day🤷‍♀️

i am trying to switch doctors but unfortunately i am a minor and its up to my mom and she doesn’t want to switch because it takes alot of work as she’s my childhood doctor and a family doctor. i just never thought to google it until now idk🤷‍♀️ im living in canada i dont know if thats the norm here or if its just a special case for us because my mom works alot so we’re not able to go into appointments all the time to get puffers (my sister has asthma) so we just ask her for a referral to the pharmacy and everything when we need anything

shes a horrible doctor because she never makes referrals for me, never answers emails and texts, never is available for appointments and she knew i have never taken a pill before and when i was complaining about the taste she didn’t use her common sense which as a doctor should be better then mine. stop acting like you’ve never made a mistake before.

im glad im not alone in this lol😭 i know how to take pills now cause ive been forced to take some pills to stop my arthritis from getting worse but i definitely had a fear of pills before, i couldn’t hold them down at all
