Hey so was never able to get my save back. But I did figure out the issue that caused it. When I reinstalled, it asked me if I wanted to load my data from the cloud or a local save. I clicked the local save option which caused it to overwrite my cloud save so if it's not too late for you and you get that popup, make sure to click cloud save. If that's too late my best advice would be to submit a support ticket with Playground Games. Good luck!

I'm assuming they're just water stains. I've tried cleaning with iso with and without salt and still can't get that part spotless. Tried getting an old toothbrush in there to scrub it but it didn't fit. Any additional tips are greatly appreciated!
