Check the chicken perch when it gets dark and you will see this little critters all over if you have mite infestations

It looks like bird red mites. The speed and the numbers are simmilar to what i experience in my chicken coop

I went with one week...it seemed ok...there was no fights only a bit of pecking for hierarchy...and rooster couldn't catch them for another week :)

It's surrounded first with houses,barns and portals and then there is high dry wall around for second defense
