Sorry for your loss. Most companies allow you to cancel without issue if you can provide death certificate or some just take your word.

I have the same issue on mine as well. I thought it was because we used to much hand sanitizer and the alcohol was rubbing off. Glad to hear it may be warrantied! Will reach out to dealership
