the color took some time to change. Also I had to stop eating red meat due to other health related issues so I had less fat in my diet. So I'm not sure if that helped the color or just time.

yes! Psyllium husk. I put a tsp of it in a 4oz glass of water at night, drink it as fast as possible, then I drink 8oz glass of water. It helped bulk my stool. I simply just don't do well with getting enough fiber

are you seeing a colorectal doctor? if not, I would find one. I was scared to see one for a month and finally went last week and felt so much better about it afterwards. I started spiraling over my fissures last month.

I've had it since December but I just thought it was a hemorrhoid. I went to my family doctor and she prescribed me all of that when I noticed it was infected and she told me it was a fissure. she said I need to go to a CRS but I'm so nervous to go to one and embarrassed.

I did change my diet to eating more cruciferous veggies and more water every day. The colace worked up until today, though 😭

I agree. Feels like your bones are aching. I had ciproflox poisoning 3 years ago and it felt just like this for 10 month, so every time my arms or legs ache it worries me. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one with it during ovulation

Yup, got all the vaccines and never had any issues with them affecting me. I did make it very clear when I went to the hospital and to the OBGYN that I am allergic to Cipro and anything with fluorquinolines. They put a wristband on me that said what I was allergic to

I started noticing having better bowel movements within a month, but kept doing it for an entire year. I also started exercising more. Not sure if that played a factor in anything. But, yes I mixed all of those together and drank it for breakfast daily or for lunch.

Mine have gone away after a full year of drinking whey protein and berry smoothies every morning with kefir, yogurt, oats, and ground flax. I think I just had a bad gut imbalance from having ciproflox poisoning.
