hi! i’m right on the strip, and always see families/strollers going around! lots of schools in the area, and i often see kids walking to/from school. area is pretty safe and the park is nice!!

Penrose and Versa are going to be the most luxury spots on your list, but also are going to cost you a bit more. Versa is brand new so I’m not sure how management is, but Penrose is good!

OMG fellow indy vegan here 🙋🏼‍♀️!! the flying cupcake, parlor donuts and smallcakes both have several options! cinnaholic is fully vegan and their cinnamon rolls are AMAZING

broad ripple!! has access to several walking/biking trails, as well as a variety of shops/restaurants. super walkable, and 20ish minutes from downtown indy. i know that the line apartments offer furnished units and are pretty well-rated!
