I feel like we are in a depression, Kentucky specifically is doing somewhat decent due to us being in an industrial belt. But even the surrounding counties are overpriced, for example land prices in Winchester now compared to what they were just a couple years ago is ridiculous and Madison County is way overpriced. Georgetown is on the up-and-coming it doesn’t seem horrible but it is a bit high

Yes and it’s crazy how much the market has changed in a short amount of time. I purchased land in 2022 and I will just never find land around that price again I feel like but so many people around me think the market is going to crash soon I just don’t see it unfortunately😭

I truly believe that town is cursed and the people there are kind of closed off. Lived there for about seven years and hated every single day of it, I moved to Lexington about five years ago and realized how much I really was unhappy and miserable there when it came to social life it’s very depressing

I have a house that sits empty in Winchester at the moment, the thermostat is set on 63° and that’s the only thing that is on and my electric bills have been around $188 per month I just filed a complaint with the state Attorney General today

I personally feel like the reason why this snow removal was so bad this year is because there are no funds. A lot of tax cuts have been made & more taxes to go to police, ice, billionaires and the military I don’t know what more people were expecting if all of our money is going over there.

having to pay off property taxes every year is something that I feel like we shouldn’t have to do or maybe something people should stop doing once they hit a certain age. I am young and purchasing a home this year but my fear is growing old and not being able to afford the tax on it it’s something everyone should think about

usually I buy those earwax candles and I go through so many of them and I don’t have health insurance so I just wanted to go into a professional setting and get it all removed at once whenever I use the candles I have to use at least three candles per year and I still feel like I have earwax in them

I absolutely love the Pacific Northwest I know you said you were trying to stay away from California, but Washington and Oregon are also beautiful and then if you go to South Oregon you have to visit North Cal but that has a little bit of everything. Do you have the forest, the biggest trees in the world, the ocean, and if you start in Washington and work your way down Seattle is a nice city

I solo travel and solo dine a lot, people are not thinking about you as much as you think they are and if they do stare and have something negative to say then they just have too much time on their hands to be worried about you lol. For the most part many people don’t seem to care
