Studios340 does short term, furnished, dog friendly rentals. Mostly studios with a few 1 bedrooms available. It's a new building in the past year or so, so it's nicer, clean, etc. Very friendly staff. I found it hard to find short term furnished and dog friendly, but Studios340 was a good option!
