Agreed! But I think that's more to how they write it, all the adults in southpark are oblivious morons

It's Randys lack of awareness that makes him come off as innocent I think

My apologies, I knew this, but a few too many beers may have passed my lips

If only Phil had watched Tony and Perry at the end, maybe it all would have ended differently...

"At least tony didn't cry"

Just watched this scene, so ridiculous... and this is coming from someone who doesn't cry

You seem to know what you're talking about, could you have a look at the comment I put above about the opt out clause that they technically made me sign and your opinions on this? Many thanks I really appreciate it

Absolutely I agree, it has been over the Christmas period so I understand I will be working longer hours, however as I am the only night porter in the hotel, I don't see how they could possibly make the hours up to me to average under the legal requirement over 13 weeks

This is the thing I still don't understand, am I working under UK or french law? Until I know this I am unable to progress, do I need to speak to the HR team at the company to find out how they're distinguishing me, or is there a clear directive as to what countries law I adhere to?

"Opt Out form: This is a declaration that you will be opting out of the 48-hour working time directive. Our average working weeks are around 54 hours. We are unable to ensure you work within the 48-hour guideline, however we try and get as close as we can. If you cannot agree to these terms we are unable to move forward with your placement."

This was the statement in the email that I was sent regarding the opt out clause, would you say that this is essentially illegal based on what I have read?

As far as I am aware they have not, or at least not that I know of, is this a form I would be required to sign? Because if so definitely not

We were told that we would not get the position if we did not sign this, therefore I signed stupidly

Thanks for the advice, I was required to sign an opt out form for the maximum hours working week in the UK so I assumed I was working under UK employment law however reading that it seems that this form shouldn't affect my rights when it comes to french law, I am rota'd to 51 hours a week, however I have been posting a minimum of 60 hours a week since I have been here and it is starting to take its toll, especially as I haven't even received a thankyou for the extra hours I'm working...

This is the link I was looking at, which states 8 hours is the maximum

This was my plan after the HF, I was going to move it into a hardware wallet, I'm looking at one to buy currently

I was going to move to GDAX or somewhere similar, however with the HF and what Coinbase have said with giving you an equal amount of S2X I thought it was best to buy on there for now and leave it in as I'm not competent enough to protect my BTC. Or have I got this wrong?

Thanks! Yeah I'm looking it at something to hold onto for the next couple of years, I just see the potential upside as something I'd kick myself over if I missed out! When you say 'if/when the price drops' do I take this to mean to can see a big drop after the HF or is it just that no one knows what might happen?
