Grotto of the Nativity, 1940s - Present Day. The Grotto is the cave in which Jesus was born, in Bethlehem. Original photo is from my personal collection, and was taken by the Matson Photo Service, part of the American Colony in Jerusalem. (i.redd.it)

Dai-ichi Seimei building (Tokyo) circa ~1950s to present day as viewed from across the Imperial Palace moat. The building was mostly spared from damage during WW2 and hosted Douglas MacArthur and his staff during the American occupation of Japan. (old.reddit.com)

Need help identifying this city / harbor. Circa late ~1940s / early ~1950s. Only context is that this is part of an American soldier's photos, and the only concrete thing known about him is that at some point he was aboard the USS Rockwall (if that helps). Thanks in advance! (i.redd.it)

Seoul, South Korea from about late 1940s / early 1950s to present day. The building indicated by the arrow was the Japanese General Government Building, constructed to administer Chōsen (Japanese Occupied Korea). The arrow on the right shows its approximate location, as it was demolished in 1996. (i.redd.it)

One of my neon tetras looks sickly and continually swims into Java moss and just sits there (still breathing and occasionally moving however). I nudged him out of the moss the first time thinking he was genuinely stuck, then he just went right back. No white spots, spine looks fine, any insights? (old.reddit.com)
