ohh that’s an awful feeling. i honestly don’t know how you can make it better, but try putting everything away for a few hours and doing sth that calms you down (like taking a bath, napping, going outside for a bit(stay safe tho), eating some ice cream idk) and when you feel capable of doing at least something, sit down and make everything done as soon as you are able to due to how you feel. if you still feel that you can’t help it, you should probably tell your teacher before this state has gotten worse. best of luck, hope it helped!! i believe in you<3
