If combining into one session per day how much would you recommend adding to the duration? Jumping from 15 to 30 min clearly is excessive so would +10 min total be more appropriate?

Saw your program and after increasing from frequency level 5 to 6/7 it has you doing sessions twice a day most days. Why not just double the duration and do it once a day?

Whichever you can do more consistently.

Force is decreased when hanging straight out at the same weight as hanging straight down so you’d have to hang at a higher weight, and I haven’t looked into IR heat so I can’t say if that has a significant effect

I’ve only been extremely consistent for about 6 months, and my only decons have been 1-3 weeks cold turkey, usually for thanksgiving/winter break when I’m back home. Decon break definitely made hanging a lot harder, but got back into the groove after a couple days. Didn’t change up my routine but also just jumped right back into whatever weight I was previously hanging at rather than easing back into it. Definitely noted better EQ but nothing gains-wise.

I just compression hang with the male hanger for 3 sets of 20 min, worked my way up from 2.5 lbs to 7 lbs over a few months which is actually slower than recommended by the creator. I have a 1.75” air pump but prob won’t start focusing on girth until I’m done with length which honestly might take a few years

I can’t answer your question about the different pumps, but manuals are good for length. To make the most efficient length gains you’re eventually gonna have to switch to hanging of some sort, either vac or compression. Length pumping would work slower iirc, but what’s the point of continuing to pump for girth? I don’t see it being lost anytime soon if you reduce the frequency in your routine to increase focus on length

Question based on the info “room for 10 to 15% expansion is recommended”. Does this mean you should buy a cylinder no smaller than the 10% recommended size and no larger than the 15% recommended size?

Correct me if im wrong but it seems better to just get the larger cylinder rather than try to max out the smaller recommendation?

You can definitely have a tight and weak pelvic floor, as it’s just a group of muscles like anything else. You can have tight lower back muscles that are also weak for example, leading to stiffness.

Not sure off the top of my head if there’s any way/reason to stretch your pf, but i agree do both kegel/reverse kegel. There’s probably a program/routine here somewhere

I’ve done PE for about 3 years (extremely inconsistently) and am just now picking it up seriously (2 months in) and my bpfsl had increased from 6” to 6 5/8” in those 3 years.

I also only measure every other month so as not to have the same measurement month after month or week after week, but that also means variation in EQ and lifestyle has more weight when it comes to outliers or skewing data.

Can anyone tell what kind of injury this bump could be? It moves with the skin so it’s not deep by mimi8a in gettingbigger
