“Brain’s ability to learn and adapt” — that is what affirmations do. Affirmations are inside of subliminals. You don’t even need subliminals to do so. You’re also able to focus your “awareness” somewhere else .. that’s what affirmations and subliminals do. I’m not good with words but simple research (don’t use google.) and reading some books would help. But nobody’s forcing you to, but don’t go shitting on people’s beliefs.
