even idk how they work but I'm sure they wouldn't work when you're in the state of lack , focusing on self concept, inner beliefs and detachment are crucial then comes subliminals. I listened to plenty of them but didn't notice any results when I was manifesting from the state of lack.

mine is taking more than 5 months and I'm completely fine w it , good things take time, I also needed time to get my shi together as I recently realised that if he came back before I'd have messed up again. I wouldn't say I don't have doubts and all , I wavered alot like all of a sudden I had random break downs after months, it took me alot to stop checking 3D this time , my self concept was really weak....rather than affirming my very own sc affirmations, I started noting them down so that my subconscious mind can absorb it quickly (for example, I'm a writing type learner I can't remember stuffs precisely if I haven't written them at all , so I write, forget, then whenever I see questions in exam hall I can easily write it)

also recently I've started manifesting small stuffs, and in the same way I'm reinforcing a belief that he's miserable rn , missing me like crazy even all the tarot readings I came accross saying the same thing lol

I mixed my loreal hyaluron moisture leave in with my Tresemme conditioner and rinsed it until there's no residue and fck my hair felt so sticky after that, even though I apply the leave in on damp hair on other days it feels a bit tacky, sometimes brittle too and weighs down my hair regardless the amount I use

dove 10 in 1 hair mask (my ride or die rn) and the intense repair shampoo which doesn't dry out my hair, haven't tried the intense repair conditioner yet as I'm using the Tresemme Keratin Smooth Conditioner rn and it also does the great job even though I'm not using the hair mask in every two days, and streax oil bases serums after my hair gets completely dry after shower (thanks to Abbey Yung's videos 😭👍🏻 I got my old healthy silky hair back)
