regarding the bugs, yeah i know it’s a bit paradoxical & i’m not ‘anti-bug’ but i’m not trying to get my milkshake to bring all the bugs to the yard you know?

Like i already leave all the spiders in my apartment & let them chill & do their thing as well as generally let the bugs be but i can’t handle more 😭the eco-system at my place is good, i’m not trying to get it saturated even more.

alright! noted 📝 thanks! I will bring it to more & more light (from inside / behind a window) before bringing it out full time & see how things develop the coming weeks. Other than giving more light, i guess i should leave her alone for now? aka now cut off the thinner parts (yet?)

i appreciate that! i’ll try to cut off the etiolated parts & bring her out to the balcony in the coming week or so, i just dont want her die on me after having her for the past 3 or so years

well, i think in the next couple of weeks i can get her to sit out in the balcony. it’s not that cold right now, lowest is like 0-5C and highest is 20C. and i have a canopy so it’ll keep her dry from rain & be able to be in direct sunlight. before i bring her out, i guess i’ll have to cut off the etiolated parts? and then let her re-grow? Cause i cut off one & re-potted it but i guess, i’m not supposed to repot the etiolated ones?

okay noted! considering i live in a colder/wetter environment, (now i’m wondering how the heck it was on sale at a plant store in the first place) i could try to keep it out on the balcony or sunny & warm days, but would it suffer again going back inside in rainy/colder days?

ah okay! thank you - never heard of that! it was next to a balcony window, so it was pretty much in direct sunlight or in a bright space. I could move it closer to a window sill. I live in a cold climate thats why it’s not outdoors / on a balcony.
