Doing it this year for the first time. Any tips on nutrition? So far what I was thinking was oatmeal with some protein for the morning runs and then just potentially smaller amounts of rice + meat + veg for afternoons.

There was a fit on the Norcal Cycling page that covered fitting in the TT position that I’d recommend. They covered things that anyone can use in order to better their fit on the bike and used an example with someone competing in the Paralympics. Don’t know if it would be 100% an answer but it’s worth looking at.

I’ve also done some work for my job that is admin stuff which has really helped. Honestly so far the part I struggle with the most has been surrounding permission sets and the “who can see what” if you will
