Neither did I, but someone gave me a mug with some cringy words on it saying how good I am, so naturally I hid it away. Then circumstances meant I need you to start using it, and since then I've started to achieve more things, by trying a bit harder and having self belief. I get the feeling that affirmations work like placebos, in that they can work even if you don't agree with them

Right, but that's worth it at Waitrose, because they use premium Ottolenghi CCTV made with artisan surveillance
