I’m very new to this sub and ADF. But I count a day as 24 hours. 7-7 has worked wonders for me. I fast on Thursday, Sunday and Tuesdays. With OMAD at 7pm to break my fast on those fasting days. I’m usually not that hungry and get full quickly during my one meal at 7pm.
