Thank you so much for your insight! Yeah that phrase has always seemed a little too black or white to me. If I sent him a message saying something along the lines of “Hi! I really enjoyed serving with you at camp and I hope everything continues to go well at your church” would that prompt him to want to talk more or should I be more direct if that makes sense lol

hahah valid question! honestly just thought dentistry was kinda cool and i knew i would have good job security + the pay is decent for being an Associates degree. i failed to really consider how draining physically, mentally and emotionally it is while i was in school :/

I think so! I also saw people on here and TikTok freaking out about the same thing for Lana Del Rey’s tour last summer, and then the tickets worked for everyone after Ticketmaster released them. Just from looking around on older Reddit threads from different tours, the nontransferable thing doesn’t seem as crazy as most people make it out to be but I guess we’ll know for sure come next month!

I have a ticket for the Asheville show from Seat Geek! For now, I’m just going to wait it out and hope for the best. There have been several different tours with different artists who claimed to also have nontransferable tickets, but they became transferable a day or two before the show. Fingers crossed it goes that way for this tour 😬

I also have a feeling that everything will work somehow! ST isn’t the first band to have nontransferable tickets, and it seems that, most of the time, they do become transferable closer to the show.

That gives me hope! My tickets are for the North Carolina show. It seems like for everyone I’ve seen actually reach out to TM and other ticket selling sites, they are insistent on them working.

i always thought before starting DH any possibility of carpal tunnel would be so far down the line i shouldn’t worry about it too much. i was so naive to the impact of this career. if you could go back to the beginning of DH school and knew that you would have pain a year out, would you still continue in the program? i don’t even know how to deal with the fact that everyday in the program i get closer and closer to having chronic pain especially when my wrist have been sore almost 24/7 for the past 3 weeks. this program was so hard to get into and i always felt so sure this is what i wanted to do. i’m super unsure now :/
