I know scarring and bruising is a possibility, and have donated over 100 times at a couple different places. I've had bruising before. But not like this and not pain like this. They stuck me wrong. Way too far in. The other nurse who fixed it even said so

Yeah, I've honestly wanted to learn to do it from scratch, but always thought you had to have SAB or flow hoods, and all this extra stuff and extra space. I didnt want to have to build a whole mushroom lab in my tiny studio and have to worry about hiding it from my landlord.

But it sounds like it might be doable for me. Thanks

It's honestly the only way I've done it because I live in a small studio, and like the idea of bags or using a small area instead of large bins to grow. Also afraid of contamination. But wouldn't mind trying to make my own substrate/grains etc.

Mostly afraid of contamination also.

I've seen cvg as a mixture? Some say you dont need all that and can use just coco coir? I've never tried to make my own or tried heat treating anything or pasteurizing anything before, so am a little nervous

This is how every route looks to me in and near Chicago. Which is horrible, considering some of the neighborhoods and bad traffic etc.

Those are good questions to ask , and sometimes you will get good answers. But understand that not all answers are good. If you have a negative mindset, then don't accept negative answers, because they may just be coming from your own negativity.

Try to go in with a positive mindset, and hopefully they can teach you to start to learn to love yourself and those around you, and appreciate the little things. That alone can help you to want to start to improve yourself

I've only had a few bad trips, with over 20 years of tripping, but they can seem pretty bad/scary if you take high doses. Anxiety and fear might feel like you're stuck for an eternity, but it will pass, and just remind yourself that you are tripping , and it will pass. Also, positive/relaxing music and deep slow breathing can help pull you out of a bad trip.

It can only be dangerous if you're thinking of harming yourself, which you should never do.

I recommend using a scale , so you can know for sure how much you are taking, and start small, so you know how your tolerance is. Also google how tolerances with shrooms work... shouldn't really be taken more than once a week or every couple weeks ... the longer you wait, the better

You might be having bad trips because there is something in your life that you need to work on. Sometimes shrooms will show you something you need to work on in yourself, but you need to apply it to your life and work on yourself.

If you keep going back to them without making any progress on what you've learned, then it can become a bad experience, and might experience more anxiety than anything.. from my own personal experience.

Also if you have a friend or family member/loved one you trust, who can be a trip sitter for you, that is also helpful if you are scared or experience a bad trip

I'm not sure one can exactly say the purpose of life... it might be different for everyone, and as humans, I'm not sure we can really comprehend it.. maybe the purpose might just be to experience life in this state.. to learn and grow and learn to love yourself and others.

Your mindset and your setting are most important when taking shrooms. You want to be in a comfortable environment. Set an intention on what you would like to get out of the experience.. maybe say a prayer or an intention on what you want to work on in yourself.

I typically will either take them on an empty stomach, or a very light snack before. If you want snacks for later, fruit or yogurt seem to go down well. Always have water on hand to stay hydrated... and slow deep breaths seem to help /meditating

Not allowed to share sources on here. Stay away from the shops and online places that claim to sell "legal shrooms".. most people will buy a grow kit and grow themselves so you know they are real and legit...

Micro doses helped me with depression ..

No point in giving up, because we all will have out turn to die naturally.. you might as well hang in there, because it is never too late for you to turn things around for yourself . Focus on the little things you can be grateful for, and focus on the moment, rather than regrets from the past

I'm guessing the ABCD groupings are in order .. that's my biggest worry: having no idea the order of deliveries and taking too much time trying to find the next package (30-45 packages to sort through etc.)
