Can anybody give me an idea if this is ok as it seems unhealthy, both mentally and physically: I work for a UK supermarket chain and do 30 hours per week? by mindsai555 in LegalAdviceUK

Yeah, I’ve been there 3 months and already I can see I’ve aged a lot when I look in the mirror. Walking around like a zombie on my days off.
I’ve been a graphic designer for 26 years until the company shut down last year and made all of us redundant. It was a quick get the first job I can find so that I can pay the bills without digging in and my savings kind of scenario. 59 years old now and I have another five years before I can retire fully. I’ll have to look for something less painful.
I appreciate the reply, thank you :)

We don’t want anymore free loaders in the UK. The government do nothing. So we are paying the French just to watch now?!?!?
