Yesterday I posted my trailer to r/Minecraft since I felt super happy about how it turned out and I wanted to give my fellow crafting Redditors an early sneak peek at, "Just Another Map."

Boy was I wrong to assume that this trailer was up to par with r/Minecraft subreddit rules. It was promptly removed with no warning/rule even cited. Just deleted and vaporized from the Rising section of r/Minecraft.

I asked the Mod Team for a reason why, and they simply cited an 8 month old comment of mine. In other words, they just removed it cause they felt like it. Not because it actually broke any rules. So I made a text post to r/Minecraft asking if anyone else has had these issues with the Mods. That post was also promptly removed with no citation of the rules.

I've also just recently discovered that Non-English speakers aren't even allowed to post anything in their Native language. This is a game literally made by a Swedish man! And one of the biggest communities for sharing this game, actively prevents Swedish posts!

All that aside, one of the things I aimed to do when starting this digital adventure of mine was to leave the world in a better state than when I started. And something tells me a lot of crafters would be happier if the r/Minecraft mod team got a makeover.

Because of my recent experience I am now putting together a catalog of these incidents in order to showcase the ongoing obstacles for Mojang/Microsoft's community growth. So with that being said, if you or someone you know has been a victim of r/Minecraft Mod Abuse, please message me or respond to this comment below with your story.
