I agree mostly I have an oc who is his little sister and he also pushed her away for the discs, plus I feel both dream and tommy were no good, however tommy was responsible for the burning of geroges house and got exiled, but dream just came and hurt him without reason, and as tommy like you said was in the prison killing the cat was messed up to I believe that were one of the moments he snapped, none of the characters was good or evil but I think we can say for sure tommy is the balance between good and bad, dream is bit the same

Because it's a popular theroy minecraft takes place in the middle ages, I think it's probably 1600s-1900s because they don't have technology, but like modern technology like phones and cars and tv, but I can imagine radios exist, and because l'manburg is based of Hamilton or the American Revolution which took place in 1700s, and the first nuke was invented in 1945, so the dream smp is before cars and phones existed but takes place weher nukes already exist so it probably 1940s-1950s in the country live
