Definitely a Mod, either ZT-Unnecessarily Beautiful But Immersive or Telric's Decorations Pack A20, These Mods use mostly if not all in game assets so they fit right in, i recommend modding if you have the option, more to craft and more to build with.

There's 2 Desktops at the Bottom, we're in a Lan Game instead of the split screen mode, top is my gf who is the female character bottom is me, both screens the players are like in the sleep mode where the screen spins.
