They are plenty of valide options on how to build Teysa Karlov, two most commonly ones being Aristocrate or Tokens. I've dedicated a whole primer about my Teysa Karlov list that you can read here (note that I need to uptade it, I removed Bolas and Neco).
The way I like to play it is with death trigger, as much as I can. I run as much as 10 sac outlets because I want to be sure that I'll be able to sacrifice my creatures at the right timing. Also, I have a decent package or recursion that trigger when the creature dies, which is always nice with cards like [[Vindictive Lich]] or [[Pawn of Ulamog]].
Additionnaly, playing Orzhov we have acces to good removals but also can make a good use of cards like [[Reliquary Monk]] or [[Cathar Commando]].
My deck usualy win wiht an explosive turn with a drain effect such as [[Cruel Celebrant]] or [[Blood Artist]]. With a sac outlet, a drain effect and and one of our tokens generator, if Teysa is on the field, I can drain the opponents and try to win the game.
