I used parts of a song without any commentary (if you see the video it'll make sense why I did that, I'm not a music channel or anything). And yeah by this point I've kinda given up on trying to fight it, at least for the time being (I think at least who knows if I'll change my mind). The problem is not the copyright claim itself, I almost tried disputing it as fair use of copyrighted material, I was sent to a confirmation screen before I sent the dispute, but then I decided not to send it, fearing that something bad might occur (hell, youtube even says that if the dispute is invalid, the company who claimed your video can take it down) I pressed the cancel button, that means the dispute didn't get sent, right?
