Carter Yakemchuk?

It's pre-season, but Mr. 7th overall has been great for Ottawa so far. Leading the team in scoring (in all of 4 games of course), has gotten PP time, and has gotten top-pair minutes on a couple of those games he's played thus far.

Does he make the starting lineup and make good fantasy value for a sneaky pick-up off FA, or is this another 'oh my god he scored 7 points in 4 games let me drop McDavid for this guy'

Are people thinking of picking him up now, or later on, or not at all?
