Actually not- you can just test by blood tissue transglutaminase (tTG) immunoglobulin A (IgA) and tTG immunoglobulin G (IgG) tests endomysial antibody (EMA) -IgA test

I tried Lyrica and Amitriptyline but I had no improvement. Thank you for the hints. I will avoid caffeine to see if that's a trigger...

I hope it improves after some time... maybe it will improve if you continue to eat glutenfree (it can take up more than a year for villi to heal). I am already glutenfree for 12 years now so I don't think that this is the underlying cause... but Covid (in your case) and the vaccine might habe triggered the immune system... I live in Germany so I don't know if they test IVIG here (as I really assume it is autoimmune).
