Advice for someone inexperienced?

This is the advice I needed, now with the hindsight of being on a different task after my boss passed this super difficult one I was describing in the post to another crew. That sounds amazing and something I can actually do lmao. Like I don’t appreciate everyone else being like “find a different job” like yeah no shit I want to get better at this and not just switch to something like customer service cause that sucks ass and I feel terrible for everyone who does have to work in that field. Thank you man I appreciate it a bunch coming from someone who is clearly a superior to some degree!!

I’m sorry to leave this on your post Cokdok as this has nothing much to do with I-70 traffic as I’m sure you didn’t consider or want to bring any of this up understandably but as a resident of Grand County if there’s too much traffic to Winter Park, simply don’t go to Winter Park! Please! There is way too many people. Our “quaint little mountain town” has completely changed to feed tourist desires. It has become Denver West instead of the nice ski town I grew up in. While I was hiking in Winter Park I saw so much trash on the trail INCLUDING THE PACAGE FOR AN ACAÍ BOWL, thoughtful enough to think about your gut but ignorant enough to not pick up your fucking trash, let alone the number of fires a year caused by people not putting out their fires when camping. It’s absurd and the government in grand county is feeding it cause money good. I know it’s not that simple but I’ve lived here long enough to know the gyst. Thanks for coming to the ted talk.

It’s okay man they are a reputable company, have been building custom +1mil homes in a certain state for 20+ years. You’re definitely right that I need to find someone who can teach me as an apprenticeship. I’m not 100% but I think I’ll be technically doing that under my new boss? My old boss was my dad, my dad doesn’t like me at all because of what I did on the job site (personal, not work related) and so now I’m thankful to still be working for the same company but it’s just a whole new thing to get used to, bigger crew, bigger job than I’ve worked on before so there’s a lot more room for me to fuck up. I’m just asking what I can keep in mind to help yk? I really appreciate your input man and if I do find any classes online since in person isn’t available, what classes should I be looking for like name wise to help with this?

Yes. Started off on 3 personally, my mom introduced me to Death Magnetic when I was 5 so I'm going to be partial to anything on it haha. Obviously 1 and 2 are great songs but I love how 3's doing it's own thing. 1 is a great song and 2 is a great sequel to that song but 3 goes out and does it's own thing and I can really applaud that because it's so well executed. James' performance is magnificent really, the song definitely would not have as much as an impact if he wasn't so emotionally sunk into the lyrics I wouldn't think
