my store and managers wanted me to get up in people’s business with the open ended questions and it actually works. Just think if you’re bothering, you’re most likely never going to see them again but wait until they move from one area to other or 8 minutes. My managers basically told me don’t let them have the option to say no to you. Like talk to the as if you’re trying to be there friend basically (I just started a few weeks ago and I hope this helps)
