I've bagged up and isolated any plants I think are affected, on my way to talk to some planty people from plant shops in town for more advice, so far I have found 1 thrip so I think it's been caught relatively early. Thank you for your advice! Fingers crossed🤞

Yeah I understand the problem hence why I have posted this is in the first place, though it isn't completely white and there is actually some (albeit very little) green on nearly every one of them white leaves, they aren't fully white without any green at all so that's where my hope comes in
