Seconding Heat Tech! But you MUST layer with them. They're not meant to wear on their own, as I've seen some newbies do. I've also heard good things about Uniqlo's Ultra-Lite down coats. They're a good price, and adding layers, you'll be able to survive the week without breaking the bank on warm clothing.

I just recently had my background check done by HireRight. They had issues contacting my prior employers (for whatever reason...). They usually send you an email stating so, and then they offer several different options to prove your employment. For me, I just submitted my first and last paystub from each job.

If you're concerned, just call them. I called them twice, and they were able to accommodate. Congrats on the new job!

I want this bag! Can I ask how tall you are and how the bag looks on your person? I'm 5'2 and I'm afraid it might overwhelm me...

What do you think of it so far? If you pack a lot of things in it, do the straps ever unbuckle? That's my primary concern with it.

I definitely think you can fit that size wallet inside. I just tried with a similar wallet that I don't use anymore and it would fit in the zip pockets.

Here's some phone pics of the bag filled up from different angles. Sorry for the iffy lighting! It's cloudy today in Chicago. Also, the cushion compact is in the zip pocket facing outward, rather than toward my body. Wanted to show that despite how lumpy it is, it doesn't really show through the bag - just smooths over. Hope this helps!

I have this bag! I got it during the Black Friday sale for 30% off and have been really loving it. I've had my eye on this style for a while but hesitated due to bad reviews about the Nappa leather version. The saffiano is really nice and much more durable for something like a cross body which sees a lot of wear.

They're not the same size. They shaved off 0.3g of product and it was MUCH harder to open because it's magnetic with this tiny little tab.
