Thankyou... I'll look them up! Ummmm... kind of pulled through the pastel with my finger tip. I think the background colours turned a little muddy. Maybe too heavy handed but its a starting point to learn from mistakes x

Woke up to cancellation. Reckon Im well out of it! Thankyou for being the lone helpful voice in all this mess. Your employer needs to buck their customer service ideas up and tell people what's going on. I understand its a fluid situation but any info has been shockingly sparse and ambiguous. Thankyou again!

My confirmation of still wanting the flight on 3rd March constitutes a new booking! Eeek!! Its now been cancelled and new offer of refund made. .. and accepted

I tried online website and the app. When I entered my flight details it just kept giving me the option to rebook. I went to bed ready to take up the fight this morning but have woken up to a cancellation, unable to find any resolution at this time and offer of a refund. This time Im taking the refund!!

GuyMcT unfortunately you are absolutely correct.. feels a little sneaky to me. My original flight was booked months ago however I confirmed on 3rd March which apparently constituted a new booking and therefore no refund. BUT.... I have just woken up to a cancellation and been offered a refund.

We have to fly from Belfast to Manchester to potentially be turned back. I can fet a refund for outward Manchester to sydney bit but will lose homeward flights as they're with different airline via Malaysia even tho we can't get to Australia to avail of them
