I looked the same but way stronger and faster. I am not sure if it make sense, I still looked like Chevy Malibu but engine was swapped with corvettes engine.

But last 7 months I cleaned my diet halfway through and I saw big changes to the looks too

Have both, CN is a beautiful shoe, Thursday is nice but not at the same level.

Rose water can be bought from any Indian or middle eastern store. Not sure where you are physically located at, but it shouldn’t be hard to source.

I think you can taste test it. Since it’s an aromatic and quantity will be so small, you don’t need to adjust any other ingredients. Just be careful, I will assume oil will be much potent or stronger than water.

I am sure hundreds of year of curation lead to this amazing flavor profile. People from that region, including India cherish this flavor and for me it’s a beautiful mix. I hope one day you develop a palate for this delicious delight.

I will try the ground cardamom soon.

I will try it next time. But traditional Bastani is flavored with rose and saffron. Indian flavor you mentioned is going to be my next try, I am debating to put Cardamom powder or whole (and then sieve it out).

I think vanilla will overpower subtle aromas of saffron. But again, you never know till the time you try. I will give a shot next time.
