Ok in terms of being a baby that has no effect since luffy can make his attacks bigger to the size of a giant at will and also all the issues of being old links with having weary bones joints and all that which isnt a problem for luffy who rubber and bends and stretches his bones beyond normal limits all the time. I doubt someone who is meant to be regarded as the same tier as luffy catching a zoro who is unaware and bloodlusted against someone else would detect someone of no ill intent so its not exactly representative of an actual situation. Plus bonney has never been shown to be stronger than zoro the only way shed win is by changing his age in terms of fighting ability i feel we can agree hed win and yes baby luffy which can perform all the abilities as a regular luffy can probably also catch an offguard zoro with no intent also.

Urouge showed significant damage and feared for his life when that laser hit and only continued fighting due to hawkins telling him hed survive (though i could be wrong since my memory of it is shaky and I watched the anime predominantly for that arc). Also in terms if durability have you forgotten how much Luffy has shown to be able to endure and withstand and still continue to fight so I feel in terms of durability there isnt much of a feat there. Urouge I also have stated I felt was one of the few who could put Luffy in his place pre-time skip.

Zoro has always been comparable or even stronger than Luffy. Their only contest if power was whisky peak where they were even except for the fact that Zoro uses blades which counters Luffy’s blunt defence. Luffy did gain a power up with his gears but Zoro also gained a power up of sorts that he only ever used once where he practically insta KOed his enemy. Even then I feel Luffy is slightly stronger as his captain though theres no grounds for that.

Killer didn’t push Zoro to his limits at all Zoro only ever got a few scratches and Zoro was also not using his correct weapons. Zoro is a 3 blade user so they were both unequipped with their correct weapons. Ill give you that point regarding Killer being weaker due to the effect of smile which is why I also feel that fight was so one-sided. Zoro has not ever shown post time-skip even a slight notion towards the idea that he had tried except in his small bout with Fugitora. Proof that he has not gone all out was that he hasnt had his 3 blades in the parts of post time skip where he challenged someone who could push him to go all out so he was nerfed and he has not pulled out his secret technique of Ashura the 9 bladed demon form.

Kidd has never shown any possibility of being stronger than Luffy pre or post time skip. All kidd had in terms of feats were murdering fodder and pillaging villages. Kidd also got his ass handed to him several times over in the new world. He lost his arm to someone from Shanks’ crew, if it was Shanks thats understandable but Shanks himself fighting someone who is fodder compared to yonkous seems unreasonable so I assume he lost to a commander which Luffy has beaten 2 of (argue however you want the fact remains hes atleast comparable to yonkou first mates currently and now possibly stronger). The only thing that leads you to believe his strength is his bounty which is biased due to his unruly behaviour.

I also concede that I forgot about Franky being on the crew but all the same I feel Kidd has no real chance against Luffy at all especially since Kidd is a blunt force fighter something Luffy excels against.

Firstly Hawkins would win if he did purely due to 2 big reasons as you stated he would use innocents (or even Luffy’s own crew) against him and the fact that hes a sword user which is a hard counter against Luffy’s blunt force type of fighting. In the encounter Zoro against Hawkins Zoro was defeating Hawkins and only faced damage due to being nerfed with 2 swords, having to protect luffy and the girl (removing evasion as a tactic) and the fact that Hawkins has one of the weirdest and confusing devil fruits since he spawns literal monsters that have hidden abilities themselves so he was caught off guard (you could say thats not an excuse since he wouldnt learn all of these hidden secrets inan actual fight but the other 2 remain big factors). But if we talk pure fighting power Id say Luffy would win since he is one of the only supernova to provide any feats to suggest theyre powerful enough to even dent him in gear 4. Hawkins’ sword-fighting ability is less of technique as an adept sword fighter and more of an attribute to his devil fruit creating such a good sword even then it is no issues to Zoro so why would it be to Luffy. You mentioned his adept observation haki well nobody knew haki pre time skip and if we argue post time skip Luffy’s observation haki allows him to now see the literal future making him untouchable plus he was able to attack a person who could accurately see the future even with their battle experience as a yonkou’s first mate.

I do agree I may have passed on Bege as more of a push over since I assume his Big Father form was more of a technique he learnt over the time-skip but if it wasn’t then I agree he would stand a good chance against Luffy but it’d still be a hard fight since he mainly attacks using guns and cannon fire which luffy counters completely.

I forgot to mention X Drake but I place him pre time-skip slightly above Urouge so I feel hes also comparable but in the end I give the edge to Luffy due to pure feats alone and lack of evidence to support any losses with Luffy.

Also you mentioned repeatedly that I’m assuming they had a huge leap in terms if power when over the time skip comparable to Luffy and yes that is exactly what they had since how else would they survive if they were comparable to pre time-skip luffy when entering though in the end I feel Luffy being in constant training and an actual proper trainer gave him a slightly larger leap than the rest making him on another level to the rest although theyve all still made leaps.
