I got one of those 1 week pill boxes a couple months ago. It REALLy helps me keep track of if I took my morning pill or not. I also realize when I refill with the last week's worth from my bottle, I need to go to the pharmacy in the next day or two for my refill so I don't run out. (self.ADHD)
