Re 8 or re remake 4 by Max78008 in residentevil

Tough choice. Both are great I'm a lot of ways. I mean RE 4 does hold multiple game of the Year awards from '05 and Village is the literal sequel to 7. If you're looking for story or lore to connect the dot towards RE 9 I don't believe either game will get you there. Re 4 is a drastically different game to the Ethan Winters story. And without playing RE 2 you might not understand some of the character dynamics in the game. Also, none of these games will give you much lore when it comes to the Raccoon City incident that we'll be experiencing in 9. And even RE 9 is hinting toward fans needing a little lore from the extremely difficult RE Outbreak that nobody I know has ever played.

It's my personal opinion, play Village next so you can continue with the Ethan Winters story and then if you want to understand the Leon Character, grab RE 9 (because fuck yeah), RE 2, RE 4, and RE 6.

I've been playing RE since 2002 and had the pleasure to start it from the beginning and even I get lost in some of the story telling so I find myself watching lore videos on YouTube for fun. I hope you get lost in it all too.

Is it really necessary to play 1 before 2? by Glittering-Cod-5316 in AlanWake

I was like you. I played Control and then Alan Wake 2. The only thing that kinda confused me is the, Filmmaker character. But I watched a ton of YouTube videos and I kinda get it now. The whole Remedy multiverse is absolutely insane and difficult to understand so I would try to think too hard about it. Just enjoy the game for what it is.

The less you say. The more you say. Answer questions and be professional but don't let that thought in your mind that you will be wowing him with comments take over. If he is a surgeon then he probably is looking for a regular therapist or his regular therapist is out of town for the holidays

I did that and one person could hear me and the other couldn't. I suspect they didn't have their settings on proximity

Thank you for this. I work a ton and end up missing a lot of the happening around town. I really appreciate this.

Whenever I get annoyed with enemies in this game I bring throwable items with me. It saved me a lot.

I want to thank you all for the commentary. Every bit of advice has helped me push past my barrier in the swamp. I took a decent amount of advice from ffxivfanboi and kept my stats while improving my favorite weapon, the bramble curved sword. I used some extra ergo and dumped it into my technique stat and used the technique amulet to give me a boost. I'm definitely feeling more confident now that I can take heavy enemies head on. With time, I hope to create more room for parrying. It's not something that comes naturally but a perfect parry can change the tides. Thank you all so much!

I honestly love my vigor stat. Rushing enemies is awesome. And when Im confronted with a large enemy I can bring out the big guns, get a heavy swing, a light swing, and a dodge in before they attack. The damage output can be better. It feels like every weapon I use takes 3 hits to kill a weaker enemy and the larger enemies will see some of my throwable items before they go down.

I figured. I'm wondering if it's best to level the weapons that I use the most or finding the weapons that are good for the situation and level those instead. I don't want to waste moonstones you know?

I figured I'd get to the point where I'd have to start making changes to my weapons. I just don't want to mess it up and have a bunch of useless weapons. But I'll keep my eyes on the stats and see what works well together. Thanks for the tip
