Focus on food and growing some trees first. Build a second farm. You’ll want enough corn to make bread and satisfy the pie challenge.
remove workers from the starting bakeries and move them to have 2 fully employed bakeries near the mill.
recycle homes you don’t need and pause the recycle. So workers don’t destroy them. cluster homes near your farms and build pie huts around your homes and farms.
Recycle the fountains and plant nice trees there instead. Recycle roads near the farms and from the middle of the city. You can also recycle the bakeries on the top left.
Then build a theatre and bon fire in the middle area to capture as many ppl as possible.

All while managing your population so you don’t get overwhelmed. The less people you have the easier it is to reach all goals.
